Our Teachers

We come from different paths, yet are united in our devotion to purposeful work, thoughtful design, and genuine connection. Through a cooperative model, we create spaces where each person is empowered to contribute fully and equally.

Angela Foster

Angela approaches life with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand others. As a leader, she creates spaces where people can deepen their practice by showing up authentically and feeling supported. She believes yoga is a lived experience, guiding students toward greater self-connection both on and off the mat.

An active bridge builder within multiple Denver communities, Angela weaves connection into every class and event she offers. Her work extends beyond yoga as an intuitive astrologer, human design expert, and tarot reader. She also serves as a business consultant and leadership guide, helping others align with their authentic energetic expression.

Angela is a 240 RYT and recently completed a 200-hour psychedelic facilitator training, supporting others in remembering who they truly are.

Maxfield Maroney

I am a yogi, educator, student, fitness instructor, witch, and total goofball.

My yoga practice is informed by ancient philosophy, mythology, and wisdom as well as modern anatomical studies and science.

I practice and teach yoga as a mental and spiritual practice first, and a physical practice second! I believe yoga can be for anybody, in any body, as tool for liberation, sovereignty, and empowerment.

In my class you can expect to challenge yourself, stretch your body and mind, enjoy a long savasana, and hopefully have a laugh!

Quentin Richmond

After years of martial arts, football, strength training, and physical labor, I was left with injuries, stiffness, and stress from working in commercial construction. In 2020, my first hot yoga class humbled me, I could barely breathe. That moment changed everything.

Yoga became the practice that transformed my life. I lost 60 lbs, overcame asthma, quit smoking and drinking, and experienced deep growth in my career and relationships. In 2023, I completed my 200-hour teacher training and began teaching, now one of the greatest joys of my life.

My classes are intuitive and student-centered, blending Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, and breathwork. Expect good music, real growth, and a space to connect, challenge yourself, and evolve. Om Shanti

Kat Wilhelmsen

Kat is a movement guide who bridges science and somatics, blending her background in scientific research with an intuitive, body-led approach to movement. She is passionate about helping others reconnect to their bodies through presence, curiosity, and nervous system awareness.

Her classes emphasize mindful pacing, breath, and intentional movement, creating space for both strength and softness. Rooted in a deep understanding of the body, Kat invites students to explore sensation over performance and build a more sustainable, compassionate relationship with themselves.

As an active member of the Denver wellness community, she is devoted to creating inclusive, grounded spaces where people can slow down, restore, and reconnect.

Shannon Miguela

Shannon has been teaching art classes and hosting workshops for over a dozen years now.

After graduating college with a BFA in art education specialized in painting and drawing, she decided that painting wasn’t just the path for her, but a healing force to be practiced and shared with the world.

Now she is hosting retreats internationally, leading group workshops, infusing yoga and art with a 200hr certification from Yoga Alliance, and teaching weekly private art sessions. She believes our mind and body are the most essential tools to embark on our creative journeys. When we flow, we grow closer to the source, the deepest parts of ourselves, the divine that lives within us all.
